Fiona is a queer transdisciplinary multimedia visual artist, educator, and poet. Their work layers various materials as a way to navigate the maellability of memory, time, and self. Fiona seeks to create altars, moments of medetaition, relics, and portals to other imaginary dimensions. Through the layering of photographic decals, watercolor paintings, found objects, and ceramic sculpture; Fiona explores the expressive potential of a visual language that combines photographic processes with sculptural materials, rather, morphing photography into a sculptural material in its own right.
